Product & Packaging

The Ancestral Apothecary is an organic skincare brand inspired by small-batch production and local Indigenous botanicals. My process included competitor research, audience definition, and establishing a clear value proposition. I explored materials and packaging methods, developed a simple style guide, and grounded all design decisions in core brand values. To achieve a bespoke, natural-luxury feel, I incorporated high-end details like gold, copper, and brass foil accents. After finalizing the product line, I built a supporting marketing campaign with email marketing, a social media contest, and a full landing page.

Web & UI/UX

I worked at Studio Nuvo for a client developing a government pilot initiative focused on incentivised, sustainable curriculum sharing among public post-secondary institutions. The scope of work included creating a complete brand and logo, print materials such as an infographic poster and postcard, and slides for pitching investors. My team and I also designed a cohesive set of icons and a brand style guide to support communication and guide future applications. Months later, the client requested updates to their website. Due to the site’s multi-layered ecosystem, I hand-coded all CSS changes to implement the updates effectively.

Homey App

Art Direction & Strategy
Web & UI/UX

For this project, my team and I designed a house-management app from concept to high-fidelity prototype, aimed at helping families, room-mates, friends, and strangers live more harmoniously. Our process began with domain research, competitor reviews, surveys, and live interviews. This work shaped our user personas, site-map, and user flows. Although we first planned to focus on chores and cleaning, our research revealed that communication breakdowns were the real root issue, so we shifted toward features that support clearer communication and conflict resolution. We created simple style guides and a tone of voice to support testing, and iterated through multiple high-fidelity prototypes informed by continuous user feedback.
